These terms cover your use of Shmoo ("we", "our") at shmooai.com and through our iOS app. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. The short version: Shmoo is a research tool, not a sportsbook, and every bet you make is your own call.
Who we are
Shmoo AI is operated by Lil' Shmoo A.I Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at shmoosbook6@gmail.com.
What Shmoo is
Shmoo is an AI sports research and prediction tool, provided for information and entertainment.
Shmoo is not a sportsbook, betting operator, or gambling service. We accept no wagers and place no bets for users.
Nothing on Shmoo is financial or betting advice. We do not guarantee results, and past results do not predict future ones.
Age
You must be 21 or older (19 or older in Ontario), or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher, to use Shmoo.
You may not use Shmoo to bet anywhere betting is illegal for you.
Accounts
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One person per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or share paid content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are sold and billed through our payment partner, Whop. Whop's terms also apply to checkout, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
You can cancel anytime in your Whop account. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
A free account is also available.
Content
The picks, analysis, and the site itself belong to us. Do not resell or republish paid picks.
Third-party sportsbooks
We may show prices from licensed sportsbooks and may link to them. Some of those links may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. That never changes our picks.
Any bet you place with a sportsbook is governed by that sportsbook's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
Responsible gambling
Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Liability
Shmoo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses or for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
